My family and I lost our dog this past Sunday and I would like to pass on this warning to other families that value their pets as members of their family.

Far too often we are so caught up in life we miss the simple things that are quietly, unobtrusively providing beauty and inspiration. Who would have thought that a bench with peeling paint could provide such inspiration as it did in Ernst Haas’ photograph Peeling Paint on Iron Bench? Art surrounds us; we just need to take the time to see it.
Daily Shoot assignment for today. Show attraction in a photograph. Who better than to pose than my favorite doll Barbie staring at her one true love Ken? Yes…the doll is mine…even now I still love dolls!
